Our full high-definition borescopes (the HNL-6.0HDC series) are the thinnest industrial borescopes in the world having the highest number of pixels, and equipped with a 2,000,000-pixels (1080 vertical pixels and 1920 horizontal pixels) CMOS imaging sensor. In order to realize thinness, the conventional borescopes made use of small sensors at the cost of the number of pixels. As a result, the images that were taken would become rough when they were printed or magnified. Since the high-definition borescopes have approximately 12 times (compared to our company's products) the number of pixels as compared to the conventional borescopes, distortion of images is not a problem even when images are magnified or printed. In addition, because of the use of various types of wide-angle lenses, the entire subject can be observed in detail while projecting it on a large screen. Also, videos can be shot (optional function), and they can be later magnified in detail and rechecked.

This is a tube coated with polyethylene having excellent lubricating property when pushed in.
Since the borescope power supply line and the tube are partitioned by a stainless coil, external damage is not exerted easily on the tube in this structure.


Shape retaining tube: HNL-6.0HDC _ _ _H
In this type, the shape of the tube can be retained. Since the entire tube is formed of metal (copper wires and SUS wires), this tube has high rigidity. The outer circumference has a bellows-type structure, and therefore, the push-in capability is inferior to that of a PE-coated tube.
